Great product, but prefer C E ferulic Date:April 27, 2012 This was the first antioxident by Skin Ceuticals that I tried. I'm now using the C E Ferulic and prefer it to this one. I didn't realize this one was for oily, problematic skin and ferulic for normal skin. Now I understand why this one dried and irritated my skin a little bit and ferulic doesn't. I don't think it would have been a problem if I wasn't a Retin-A user. Both are very good at reducing sun damage though! That's the main reason I use them because being a Retin-A user I can sunburn easily, but I don't have that problem anymore because of the anti-oxident before my sunblock. Highly recommend and totally worth the $$ if you ask me. I love SkinCeuticals products! BEST ANITOXIDANT Date:March 8, 2012 I've been using this serum for a few months now and my skin looks radiant and brighter. Best Product Ever!!! Date:February 9, 2012 I've been using this serum for about 5 months more or less, and it has saved my skin from a random adult acne breakout rampage. I have never, i mean, never in my whole living life have ever broken out, i probably experienced a small pimple or zit 5 times in my life. Then one day, my skin decided to rebel and break out like there was no tomorrow. I panicked and sought an esthetician and she introduced me to Skinceuticals. Boy, was I glad to have gotten the courage to take the samples she gave me that day despite the fear of breaking out more since I have never tried these products and it seemed I have tried everything from over the counter to prescription creams and such. At first it stung, I also used this serum with the adult acne system so my skin initially got so dry that it hurt bad. Then I stopped the acne system for a few weeks, used a mild cleanser, and just kept using this serum. When my skin started clearing up, I got back on the adult acne system, just used the cleanser and toner at night but used the blemish serum day and night along with this serum. Today, I was at a local Walgreens looking at makeup and a lady next to me started asking me if I had tried a certain foundation she pointed out. I told her no and asked her what she uses. While we were talking about various foundations we've tried, she told me that she liked what I had on and asked what brand it was. I told her, I just came from school and I'm not allowed to wear makeup because it gets on the mask and goggles I wear in the clinic. She couldn't believe that I wasn't wearing any makeup at all. To top it all off, I have been sick the past few days so I felt and thought I looked like sickly. Needless to say, I thank Skinceuticals for making such an awesome and effective product. Date:February 3, 2012 I have a little concern. I am a nursing mom and I am careful with anything I use. I would like to know, is it safe to use this product for nursing moms? P.S. Wonderful Date:January 19, 2012 My mom is obsessed with CE Ferulic. Unfortunately, my skin is oilier than hers. When I tried CE Ferulic, I broke out pretty badly. For that reason, I was very scared to try Phloretin CF when an aesthetician recommended it (I assumed that all antioxidant treatments were fundamentally the same). I am so glad that I gave it a go! Not only does this product defend my skin for the future, it gives it this gorgeous glow in the present. And, when combined with my LHA regime, it did not cause even one breakout.
