Amazing! Date:February 15, 2012 I first tried the ce ferulic and had a bad reaction. My skin turned red and it burned. I have sensitive skin with a bit of rosacea, and I figured I was allergic to topical vitamin c. I was very hesitant to try the cf gel even though skinceuticals claims it will not irritate even sensitive skin types. I've been using it about a week and it really works! Skin is noticeably firmer, pores have shrunk and skin just glows. I even noticed a small sunspot I had has lightened considerably - in one week! It is worth every penny, and please don't hesitate to buy this even if you've had vit c sensitivity with other products. There's a reason this product has a cult following! Response to Conseula's review Date:December 23, 2011 This is in response to another review from Consuela, I have used the phloretin cf serum for 3 years and I have extremely oily acne prone skin! It is not one bit oily and absorbs very quickly. I think you should try it. It has help diminish my sun damaged skins brown spots as well as protect it from further damage by boosting my protection of my other products with SPF. Thank you for your review of the gel and the skinceuticals response. I was considering switching but so glad I didn't. Gel is easier and cleaner than original formula. Date:December 17, 2011 I prefer the gel as it glides on smoother and doesn't drip between my fingers like the liquid (original) formula. This is by no means a miracle skin product. However, it does smooth out my skin, reduce dryness and slightly brightens my complexion. It is worth the price because one bottle lasts (me) nearly 6 months. I even took a month off of using this product after using for four months because I wanted to see if there would be any difference in my skin. After a week or so of non use my skin looked a bit duller so I'm back to using this every morning. Changed the texture of my skin in a week! Date:November 4, 2011 I bought this product after a serum (from another line, gasp!) I was using ran out. I was hesitant given the cost (last product was only $70), but I also just started using a few other Skinceuticals products that I quickly fell in love with so I thought it was worth a try. I cannot believe the different this product has made in a week's time. My skin feels incredibly smooth and looks slightly more even already. It takes all my will power not to touch my face all day - it's just such a difference. Needless to say, the $70 price of the other product now feels like a waste of money given that it did nothing after months of usage. This is well worth the price already and I'm just getting started. I'm so excited to see what the next week brings for my face!
