I can wear lipstick now! Date:January 19, 2012 In nearly 30 years, I have never worn lipstick. That is because my lips, from a very young age, had cracks and lines. Lipstick only emphasized and exacerbated the problem. I was given the Lip Repair as a gift and am now addicted! Not only do my lips feel great, but the lines that I have lived with for my entire life are disappearing ... so much so that I can finally wear lipstick. Added bonus? The product hydrates for the long-term. Unlike chapstick (which feels good when you first put it on, but leaves your lips feeling worse over time), Lip Repair does not backfire. It is also great to put on after Retinol to prevent dryness around the mouth. As a final point regarding the dispensing system, I am on my second bottle and (knock on wood) I have not had any problems. The pump does feel delicate under your fingers, but as long as you keep that in mind while pumping, you should not have any problems. Nice product but pump is difficult Date:January 16, 2012 I have found that you have to prime the pump between 60 and 100 times before the product dispenses! Often, I'm just about to give up when it finally comes out. My fingers get so tired I usually have to switch hands. However, once it gets going, it's fine and dispenses easily. One shouldn't have to work this hard just to use a lip cream. This product does provide soothing relief for my dry lips and it plumps lips nicely. I've been using this product for about a year and while it does not erase the vertical lines around my lips it does help soften them. great product except for disbursement quantity Date:December 6, 2011 love this product and it is now a staple. however, it takes work making sure i only pump the tiniest amount each use. a little goes a long way. if you press the pump all the way down one time, you will get way too much product for your lips and before you know it, it is gone. pricey! also, i have not had any trouble with the pump like others have mentioned. mine even went through the wash cycle because i left in my pocket and worked fine. Date:October 12, 2011 I think the product is great but the pump doesn't work at all- this is my second purchase and it is just as bad as the first time. I have pulled apart the pump and can now use the product and it is very good - feels great and hydrating. I would love to see the delivery mechanisim fixed.
