Great Product - Terrible design Date:January 30, 2012 I just received the product today, and tried it for the first time. I must say the product itself is fantastic...But the pump does not work! I read all the reviews and figured by NOW they would had made a better design. I pumped it for at least 5minutes and nothing came out, so I did what one of your customers had done, I had to break the top off...I hope that the $70.00 I spent on this product does not dissapoint? Effective skin renewal Date:January 16, 2012 I have been using this product for 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with the pump dispenser. It is true that sometimes it requires several pumps to start the product flowing the first time, but after that it works fine. Product great but pump terrible Date:January 4, 2012 I love this product! But, always have a little difficulty with the pump, and end up having to 'cut' the container after using about half the product, in order to get the rest out. After all, it is too expensive to waste. The last order I received, the pump would not work AT ALL. I called Skinceuticals and they were extremely nice, and are sending a new tube out to me free of charge, and did not want me to send the defective one back. Hoping the new one works. I would HIGHLY recommend to Skinceuticals that they change the design of the pump. serious packaging issue Date:December 26, 2011 This product is astoundingly hard to get out of its package. An amazing design flaw. How did this get through testing? You can pump it 50 times and feel lucky if any product comes out. Frustrating. I can't assess its efficacy because I can't access the product. Share This Review:

Love it, but some suggestions for the pump Date:December 16, 2011 I really love SkinCeuticals, I do think it's a great line of skincare. I just purchased the retinol and after reading the reviews on this site I knew all about the faulty pump, and of course, after I pumped very slowly more than a couple of hundred times (i was determined) I needed to use a box cutter to pry the lid open. For paying this much money for a high-quality product, no one should never have to resort to a box cutter to use the product. If anyone from SkinCeuticals is reading this, the retinol is much too dense and thick to be pumped through that tiny little hole. It is not a thin cream or a liquid. There either needs to be a larger pump for more suction, or why not put the retinol in a tube with a small opening? (but large enough so that something's gonna come out). Share This Review:
