No improvement with this product Unfortunately, I was disappointed when using this product. My pores get clogged very easily because of dead skin cells, and this product didn't do much to exfoliate. I love skinceuticals products and what it does for my skin, and my entire regimen involves skinceuticals, minus this product. March 15, 2013

Great for facial eczema I'm 21 years old and have been dealing with eczema my entire life. In the past few years, it has moved from my body up to my face, resulting in extremely dry, flaky, and inflamed skin on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. I decided to try the Micro-Exfoliating Scrub at the suggestion of my dermatologist, who reminded me that constant exfoliation (twice a day) is incredibly important for people with chronically dry skin. I'd tried other exfoliating scrubs before, but found them too be too harsh--my face would feel even more sensitive and dried out afterward. With the Skinceuticals exfoliating scrub, I notice the complete opposite. The microbeads are gentle, and the aloe and citrus oils have a calming effect on the redness beneath the dry skin. Even after using the sample from my dermatologist for only 2-3 days, I noticed a drastic improvement, with my skin appearing clearer, smoother, and firmer. After scrubbing my face and rinsing with warm water, I hydrate using almond oil and then pat my face dry with a towel. March 20, 2012
