How To Pay
SkinCeuticals accepts Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress credit cards with US billing addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped from SkinCeuticals.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

If you have a My SkinCeuticals account, you can view orders that you have placed at SkinCeuticals.com by logging in and clicking on the My Order History link on the right hand menu. Maximum Purchase Policy
Orders placed on SkinCeuticals.com are limited to 3 units per product, with a maximum allowable purchase of $1000 per order.



Shipping
Shipping Methods and Rates
SkinCeuticals.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. EFFECTIVE JUNE 1 to SEPT. 7 orders placed after 2:00PM CST Wednesday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.


SkinCeuticals.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS 2nd Day* for a standard charge of $8.00. UPS delivers Monday through Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and 2 days for shipping.


*ORM-D Restricted Shipping
Due to the unique formulation of Phloretin CF®, Phloretin CF Gel, AOX+Eye Gel,LHA Solution and Blemish + Age Defense orders containing any of these products will ship via ground shipping for all locations other than Alaska and Hawaii.
APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping
At this time, SkinCeuticals.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, Customer Service Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm CST, or Friday from 8:30am to 5pm CST at 1-800-771-9489.
Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your SkinCeuticals.com order, you can return or exchange it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 90 days of purchase date.

To return or exchange an item(s), please call Customer Service at 1-800-771-9489 Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm CST, or Friday from 8:30am to 5pm CST to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package. Complimentary shipping will be provided for all returns and exchanges made within 90 days of original purchase date.

When you return your purchase to SkinCeuticals.com within 90 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the
item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process.

You can exchange your SkinCeuticals.com purchase within 90 days for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

Items received more than 90 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged.

Only items purchased on SkinCeuticals.com can be returned to SkinCeuticals.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

What is Diversion?
Diversion is when products are sold in "unauthorized" places. For example, all genuine SkinCeuticals products are sold exclusively through authorized SkinCeuticals skincare professional partners, on www.skinceuticals.com, or through an authorized online retailer. SkinCeuticals products that you find outside of these places are considered to be "diverted." Click here for a list of Authorized Retailers.
Why is Diversion Bad?
Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, old, or expired formulas that may not be safe to use. This means if you buy our products from any other outlet other than an authorized retailer, we cannot guarantee that they are authentic SkinCeuticals products that will perform as tested.
Are You in Danger?
Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection.
Who is Diverting Products?
Products are diverted by unauthorized distributors and other dishonest individuals who seek profit in piracy.
What Can You Do to Help Stop Diversion?
Don't risk it, don't buy it! And tell your friends about the potential danger of diverted products! If you see a SkinCeuticals product for sale outside an authorized SkinCeuticals retailer, please send us an e-mail to nodivert@skinceuticals.com with the city, state and name of the location where you saw the products. You can also call 1-800-771-9489 to report diverters. We will conduct a full investigation.
Anti-Diversion Procedures and Policies
1. Exclusive product coding is used to track the movement of SkinCeuticals products. This is the method for tracing products to industry diverters.
2. Ongoing intelligence procedures are in place to further uncover diversion schemes, including those involving misuse of the Internet.
3. Diversion information can be communicated to SkinCeuticals Sales Staff or to the Security Department by calling the SkinCeuticals Hotline at 1-800-771-9489 or by e-mailing us at nodivert@skinceuticals.com.
