log into your SkinCeuticals account and you will see a link on the right hand side that says My Order History. Click on this link to view orders that you have placed online.

SkinCeuticals accepts Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress credit cards with US billing addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped from SkinCeuticals.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

If you have a My SkinCeuticals account, you can view orders that you have placed at SkinCeuticals.com by logging in and clicking on the My Order History link on the right hand menu. To view orders that you have placed online,
click here. You may reorder from a previous purchase from My Order History.
Maximum Purchase Policy
Orders placed on SkinCeuticals.com are limited to 3 units per product, with a maximum allowable purchase of $750 per order.
Shipping
Shipping Methods and Rates
SkinCeuticals.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next busines day.
SkinCeuticals.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS 2nd Day* for a standard charge of $8.00. UPS delivers Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and 2 days for shipping.

Please note that due to the unique formulation of Phloretin CF, Federal Air Safety regulations indicate that orders can only ship via ground shipping and can not be made to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping
At this time, SkinCeuticals.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, please call Customer Service at 1-800-771-9489 Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-5:30pm CST, or Friday from 8:30am-5pm CSTto receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.
Only items purchased on SkinCeuticals.com can be returned to SkinCeuticals.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Diversion is when products are sold in "unauthorized" places. For example, all genuine SkinCeuticals products are sold exclusively through authorized SkinCeuticals skincare professional partners or on
www.skinceuticals.com. Skinceuticals products that you find outside of these places are considered to be "diverted."
Why is Diversion Bad?
Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, or old, expired formulas that may not be safe to use. This means if you buy our products from any other outlet other than authorized SkinCeuticals skincare professional partners or on
www.skinceuticals.com, we cannot guarantee that they are authentic SkinCeuticals products that will perform as tested.
Are You in Danger?
You could be. Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection.
Who is Diverting Products?
Products are diverted by unauthorized distributors and other dishonest individuals who see profit in piracy.
What Can You Do to Help Stop Diversion?
