How To Use

the SMELL
I have only recently been using this product, and because of the rave reviews I will continue to give it time to work, but the smell is absolutely awful. I would say it smells similar to latex balloons mixed with the way Echinacea tastes, and I can smell it on me all day long. I would give 1 star due to the smell, but if it does end up improving my aging skin, I don't want to be too harsh. Too soon to tell, but I did want to warn others about the smell.

Skincare Staple
If I could only use one skincare product for the rest of my life, this would be it. I've only been using this about six months but notice a TREMENDOUS difference in my skin's elasticity and firmness. I have very sensitive skin and this is gentle enough that it doesn't irritate. Will buy again and again and again.

Long time user!!
This product was recommended to me five years ago. After justifying the cost, I ordered my first of many bottles. Of all the products I have tried, this one takes the cake. The difference it has made on my 50 something year old face is AMAZING. I receive compliments on my skin all the time, and this began with use of CE Ferulic. It’s a game changer. Love this BUT..
Wanted to give 5 stars. Would have gave 10 if there wasn't this one little problem.. absolutely adore this serum except after a few months it starts getting sticky after applied to the face. Doesn't do it the first CPL months why is that?? Other than that I love this!

Smells like hoppy beer and overpriced
I forced myself to finish this bottle, absolutely abhorred the smell of it and didn’t find it worth the cost. Expect your face to smell like a hoppy beer for at least an hour after using. I had to cut the scent with Herbivore’s Orchid Oil in order to survive using it. I also didn’t see any noticeable difference comparing to other vitamin C serums, in fact I found it was too potent and drying out my skin at times. There are way more affordable ones out there that won’t make your fiancé think you’re a happy hour party.

Amazing product. Worth the hype & $$$$
I am a bargin shopper who loves skincare. I am in my late 40s and spend a lot of time in the sun. This product is the most amazing product I've ever used. It reduces fine lines and evens out skin tone. It's very very expensive but truly works wonders. Also, it does have a bit of an off smell but you get used to it and I am very sensitive to smells.

I agree with the other comments: it goes bad very fast. You can clearly feel the difference between a fresh product and the one that's been opened for a couple of months. It's not only changing color, but it stops working the way it did. Please please offer a smaller size! I absolutely love it when it's fresh, but I always have more than half a bottle left when it goes bad.

Best skin care decision of my life!
I was first introduced to CE Ferulic in my early 40s. I used it for years so I didn't realize just what a difference it was making. Then I stopped. Over time I saw dullness, dryness, and wrinkles develop and didn't put that together with the change I had made in skincare. I was using a lot of other high-end skincare lines, spent way too much $$$ - and they just didn't help. Well, I'm back - and what a difference. I had good skin in my 40s and was keeping it that way. Now, I'm in my 60s, and the dramatic improvement in skin tone, evenness, texture after just two weeks of CE Ferulic has convinced me that this is the best skincare regime available. I'm a lifer for Skinceuticals and CE Ferulic now. Thank you for making a product that really works at any age.

I know this is expensive, but it really really works to improve and protect skin in general- tone, texture, even hydration. On the days I miss using it for some reason, I can tell. I look tired and like I haven't washed my face. As long as I can afford this... I will continue to use it.

Love it, wish it came in a smaller size
Ok so listen. This is the one product in my regime I know for a fact has an impact on my skin. Sis my skin is bright ok! I absolutely love what this does. HOWEVER, there's no way to use this stuff before it goes bad. I noticed after 5 months it turned deep orange (which means it's no longer good) but I literally have enough product left for 4 more months. PLEASE offer this in a smaller size. Plan to rebuy for the results but this'll probably be my last time because of the size issue

So this product seems to work well, if it were solely based off that I’d give it 4 stars (minus 1 because it’s not perfect). BUT in order to desire to use this, other things go into play. I don’t have the best sense of smell, so me saying this.. take this will full effect. The smell is HORRENDOUSLY strong. Almost smells like bacon bits but a liquid version? It. Is. Potent. So potent that despite this being a possibly great product, the scent is detrimental to the repurchase for me. Its very disappointing!

Please offer smaller sizes!
I love this product. I definitely notice brighter skin. Does it work better than other Vitamin C products on the market? I'm unsure, but I'm willing to spend the money on skincare so it is what it is. But Vitamin C expires in 3 months and I never get through the whole bottle (or even half the bottle) before I have to throw it away. Which means I literally just throw away so much of this extremely expensive product. It's very frustrating. Maybe if you plan on using it morning & night you'll get through it, but I only use it in the morning. I wish they offered smaller sizes. Until then, I can't get myself to repurchase this product knowing how much product goes to waste.

Expensive but worth it
I am over 30 doing my best to fight the signs of aging. I am very regimented about my skincare routine and I feel this product is the most powerful in my entire arsenal of skincare products. My sister is a nurse that works for a dermatologist and will go to her grave arguing that this is the best thing you can do for your skin. I have done the research and read the studies and also agree. It is true that it is very expensive and I struggle to pay for this item, but ultimately I believe the expense is worth it because I am getting the best product on the market.

I wish I noticed something
I bought this back in July and have been using it super strictly along with their retinol and metacell B3. I haven't noticed a difference in the fine lines and wrinkles on my skin, which is why I spent so much money on all of these products. My face feels hydrated, but thats about it. I feel like I noticed more of a difference when using other products in the past.

So far so good!
I have been using this for almost 3 months. The results are subtle but I do see improvement in lightening my large dark spot, smaller pores and relaxing my wrinkles. Don’t know if it would be visible to others yet (still isolating) but I can see it enough to go another round with this serum. Cheaper than plastic surgery!

I Will Not Stop Using This
I have been using CE Ferulic for about 3 years. I was using other Vit C products for years. My skin specialist recommended I switch. My skin looks great. I believe my skin looks great, so I would literally be fearful if I stopped using this great product.

Love this product!
I have been using CE Ferulic and Gel B5 for years now .... ordered them online when I ran out this time because my usual place of purchase -- Golden State Dermatology in Walnut Creek, CA -- was closed due to COVID. Was so happy to find a way to order online. I LOVE this product ... even when I go in for facials, there's always comments about how great my skin looks. I give my two Skin Ceuticals also with some other products the credit ... but bottom line these two products are the BEST and most critical in my view. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Though they are costly, they last a long time if used properly ... I use them once a day in the morning only.
