Clarifying Exfoliating Cleanser is a dual-action exfoliating cream formulated with a 7% concentration combining salicylic, glycolic, and lactic acids and exfoliating pumice beads to efficiently remove dead skin cells, while purifying and clarifying skin. This gentle exfoliating cleanser dissolves pore congestion, smooths skin texture, and promotes skin clarity, effectively priming skin for at-home cosmeceutical use.

How To Use
Once daily, gently massage a small amount of this exfoliating cream onto a wet face and neck with light circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. If using in the morning, follow with a SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum and sunscreen. If using in the evening, following with a SkinCeuticals corrective product or moisturizer.

No exfoliating sensation
I had high expectations for this brand because it was recommended by an aesthetician and it is exclusively used by a local high end spa. However, this cleanser does not have the exfoliating or scrubbing sensation that I normally experience with other exfoliating products. It simply feels like a thick lotion that I have to rinse off my face and I still must follow up with another cleanser to get a true clean feeling. At this price point, I would not purchase again.

Absolute skin saver
I bought this product, despite seeing reviews about it not being "scrubby" enough. I found that it had plenty of grains in it to scrub my skin but not so much that it was injuring my skin. Within a week, the persistent acne on my jawline cleared up. A month later I went on vacation and did not take this with me. Within 2 days the acne started popping up again. This was the only part of my daily skin care routine that I did not bring. I brought another high end brand sample size scrub instead. Over the week the acne just kept getting worse. I got home and started washing with this twice a day again. 7 days later all the acne is gone and my skin is clear and looks so much better. I don't know what this was like "before" but this product is absolutely perfect just the way it is. My skin has never looked better and I will never use anything else.

Holy Grail!
I have been using this product easily for nearly 10 years and my skin cannot live without it! It is the best cleanser that helps to keep hormonal and cystic blemishes at bay and doesn't dry out my skin.

Love this cleanser!
I have very sensitive skin and typically am unable to use cleansers beyond Aveeno. This is now my favorite go-to cleanser! I have no irritation or redness and my skin feels super clean and soft afterwards! Would definitely recommend this product!!

Gentle but effective
I have nature skin that breaks out periodically. This product keeps breakouts under control, but is not too drying. The mild exfoliate keeps dead cells gone, but gently.

Favorite cleanser
This was my second purchase of the Clarifying Exfoliating Cleanser. Yes, the formula has changed, but it is still a fantastic product! My skin always feels clean after rinsing, but never dry. The fragrance is very earthy, not like a perfume, which my sensitive skin appreciates.

Good Product
I've been using this product for years, but it's not as good as the original formula. I have to wash twice to make my skin actually feel clean. I miss the microbeads and the nice fragrance as well. It still works to clear my pores and to keep my adult acne and blackheads at bay, but I still miss the original formula. I'll definitely keep using it because I love Skinsceuticals products, but I still miss the old formula. Thanks for the great products otherwise Skinsceuticals! Love y'all!
