HOW DO I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD?

e-Gift cards can be used as a form of payment for purchases on skinceuticals.com. To redeem your e-gift card, enter the 19 digit e-gift card number and 4 digit pin at checkout. Any remaining balance on your e-gift card can be used on future skinceuticals.com purchases.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER MADE WITH AN E-GIFT CARD?

Yes! Once your purchase is returned, a new e-gift card will be triggered and emailed to you with a new gift card number and pin number.

HOW DO I FIND MY E-GIFT CARD BALANCE?

Simply click here, and you will be able to check your balance. Please note: E-gift card balances are not updated until an order made with the card has shipped.

DO SKINCEUTICALS.COM E-GIFT CARDS EVER EXPIRE OR DEPRECIATE?

Our e-gift cards never depreciate in value. If a card with a balance has had no activity for 5 years, it will be deactivated. A deactivated card cannot be reactivated.

CAN I SPLIT A PAYMENT BETWEEN AN E-GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, split payments are allowed with e-gift cards. The e-gift card amount will apply first, and if there’s a remaining balance, you can pay it with a credit card.
