In addition, by purchasing outside of our channel, you are taking the risk of buying “fake” counterfeited products.

Can I return and/or exchange items from my order?

Your ultimate satisfaction with SkinCeuticals is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased at skinceuticals.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a complimentary pre-paid label.

When you return your purchase to Skinceuticals.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.

Only items purchased on Skinceuticals.com can be returned to Skinceuticals.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Why are there multiple charges on my credit card?
When you submit an order to your credit card company an authorization hold for the amount of the order is obtained. An authorization hold is not a charge and may appear to be an amount slightly higher than the order total. It is monies held by the credit card company which guarantees that funds will be available when the order is billed. Should you encounter a problem when placing an order, several authorizations may appear on your statement. These will be deleted by the credit card company automatically usually within 7-10 business days. Should you have additional questions or concerns, please email us here.
