Tracking Your Order

SkinCeuticals.com ships to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground for 8.00 or COMPLIMENTARY shipping for registered SkinCeuticals Members. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via 2nd day Air.

If you are a registered SkinCeuticals Member, SkinCeuticals will ship your order complimentary via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States. At this time, SkinCeuticals.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or to international addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

Your ultimate satisfaction with SkinCeuticals is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased at skinceuticals.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a complimentary pre-paid label.

When you return your purchase to Skinceuticals.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.

Only items purchased on Skinceuticals.com can be returned to Skinceuticals.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
