SkinCeuticals.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS Ground for a standard charge of $5.00. If you are a registered SkinCeuticals Member and your order totals $100 or more, SkinCeuticals will ship your order complimentary via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States. SkinCeuticals.com processes orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. UPS delivers Monday-Friday.

Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your SkinCeuticals.com order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase date. We do not process exchanges at this time.
To return an item(s), please call Customer Service at 1-800-771-9489 Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm CST, or Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm CST to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package. Complimentary shipping will be provided for all returns made within 30 days of original purchase date. Please send your package to the following return address:

When you return your purchase to SkinCeuticals.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the
item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process.
Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.
Only items purchased on SkinCeuticals.com can be returned to SkinCeuticals.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
